All items for hire are available to view on the website.
If you wish to view any items in person, this can be done by appointment only. Please contact info@propithires.co.uk to arrange a suitable time.
All item quantities are in the description, we will let you know if the items are available on your required dates once you’ve submitted your enquiry form.
Add the items you would like to hire to the basket on the website, fill out the required information and submit the request, we will then get back to you regarding your order.
If you are having any issues adding to the basket, please contact us directly at info@propithires.co.uk and we can arrange the hires via email.
Once you have submitted your requests we will respond with availability for each item and give you a final cost for the hires. Once you have confirmed the quote we can arrange the collection date and time.

Items are priced at 10% of their replacement value
1 week hire- 10%
Max hire period 4 weeks. For longer hire periods please contact us directly for a cost.
All hires are quoted for 1 week hire as standard.
There is a minimum spend of £45 +VAT
Payments can be made via BACS or Card payment
Payment will need to be made in full prior or on collection for the items to be released.

We understand that accidents happen. Please call us immediately if anything is lost or damaged whilst out on your hire. We will need to check if this affects any upcoming hires on that item. We may ask you to email some pictures to info@propithires.co.uk to help us make any urgent restoration or replacement arrangements.
The replacement cost is noted on your quote form, this is the replacement cost chargeable to the hiree if an item is lost or damaged beyond repair.
If items are damaged, once your items are returned, we will assess all items and evaluate any new damage. You will then receive a Damage / Non-Return Notification via email with restoration or replacement costs where necessary, followed by an invoice.
In order to avoid any additional charges, we recommend contacting us with any special requirements of use, so you can be sure the props are suitable for your specific needs. We are happy to advise on how best to transport items if unsure.

If you require an extension on hire outside of the original agreed timeframe, get in touch with us ASAP.
If the items are still available on the new dates, we can send over an update quote for the extension. However, the items may be booked out by another party and unfortunately they will have to be returned on the original date. We will endeavour to accommodate flexibility where possible.
Items returned outside of the agreed hire period without prior arrangement may be subject to a late fee of up to £150+VAT or the value of the extended hire. Please contact us in advance to discuss amending your hire period - we wish to avoid impacting other clients who have confirmed future bookings on the items and avoid additional charges for you.

All items will be packaged ready for your collection.
Items will need to be returned in their original state with the packing materials used. There will be a loss charge for any missing packing blankets or plastic boxes.
Packing material replacement costs;
Packing blanket - £5.00
Plastic box - £8.00
Plastic box lid - £3.00Collection and Returns can be arranged Monday- Friday 8am-4pm. If you need to collect or return items outside of these hours, get in touch and we will try to accommodate.
Unfortunately we cannot provide delivery and collections at this time, we are hoping to provide this service in the future.
You will need a suitable vehicle to collect the items, items will not be released if the collection vehicle is not suitable. We can recommend local couriers if you require.

Found the perfect item on our website but it's not quite the right colour or fabric? Drop us an email with your requirements and we will see if the items you require are available to customise/ alter.
Some of our chairs can be reupholstered with your desired fabric and many of our plinths can be repainted or covered to fit the needs of your shoot.
The cost for this service will be outlined on your quote.

Lighting will only be provided with bulbs when it is integrated, some items are only hired as props and aren't functional, feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding usage of electrical items.
